Transitional Creative Therapy (TCT)

A Foundational Statement of an Eclectic Interdisciplinary Framework

Transitional Creative Therapy (TCT) is an eclectic, interdisciplinary framework developed by A. Deniz Krynski that brings together creative and expressive modalities within an individually responsive process of reflection, exploration, and personal development. The framework integrates music, songwriting and lyrical expression, drama and role-play, movement and dance, guided reflection, and selected psychological techniques.

TCT is based on the premise that creative expression can provide individuals with alternative pathways for exploring experiences, emotions, identity, relationships, personal narratives, and periods of transition. Rather than treating artistic activities as isolated experiences, the framework emphasizes their purposeful integration according to the individual's circumstances, interests, responses, and needs.

The present publication introduces the conceptual foundation and scope of Transitional Creative Therapy and establishes its authorship and initial public documentation. It does not disclose the complete practitioner protocol, intervention sequences, proprietary techniques, practitioner materials, or training procedures developed within the framework. These components are reserved for subsequent professional development, practitioner training, and controlled dissemination.
